About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives that support the development of agro‑tourism value‑chain participants in Andijan, Uzbekistan. The role focuses on fostering cooperation among small farms, micro‑enterprises, and SMEs, and promoting cluster formation and marketing of agro‑tourism products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist small households, micro‑, small‑ and medium‑size enterprises in expanding agro‑tourism activities.
• Facilitate the creation and promotion of clusters, cooperatives, and associations among value‑chain participants.
• Develop diversified agro‑tourism product lines and innovative marketing approaches.
• Support youth and adult employment, entrepreneurship training, and skill development in the agro‑tourism sector.
• Strengthen public‑private partnerships to enhance sector growth.

Required profile

• Higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English language proficiency is desirable.
