Key Account Manager – VAD (Azerbaijan)

About the role

The Key Account Manager (VAD) will serve as the primary liaison for our value‑added distribution partners in Azerbaijan, ensuring commitments are met and driving business growth for ASBIS.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the entry and exit point for ASBIS VAD partners in Azerbaijan, handling all issues related to profitable business maintenance and development.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with local partner representatives, establishing trust and collaboration.
• Develop sales plans by key accounts, brands, categories and SKUs, and manage daily communications, negotiations, order processing, new product listings and promotional actions.
• Prepare commercial offers, protect proposed solutions, and report activities through CRM and PSI systems.
• Coordinate with local and central ASBIS focus teams and execute additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles such as Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Product Manager.
• Proven knowledge of the local IT market and strong customer‑orientation.
• Understanding of the Azerbaijani market; English proficiency is a plus.
• Result‑driven, stress‑tolerant, analytical, systematic, and capable of independent decision‑making.
