About the role

The IT Infrastructure Department is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to ensure smooth operation of user workstations, peripherals and network services. You will be the first line of defence for hardware and software incidents, supporting both new and existing employees in a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate resolution of incoming user queries.
• Diagnose and fix software and hardware faults on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Prepare workstations and necessary equipment for new hires.
• Perform backup and restore operations for operating systems and user data.
• Identify and resolve system errors and configuration issues.
• Connect users to the corporate domain and manage Active Directory accounts.
• Configure IP phones, email clients, printers, scanners and other office devices.
• Troubleshoot NVR/DVR, surveillance cameras and access‑control systems.
• Update hardware components of desktops and notebooks as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in IT.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT support.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and result‑orientation.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent Azerbaijani (written and spoken); Russian or English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices.

Required skills

• Windows OS and macOS.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VPN.
• Backup software (various vendors).
• Configuration of access points, routers, network printers and scanners.
• IP‑phone setup.
• NVR/DVR, surveillance camera and access‑control troubleshooting.
