About the role
As a Load Testing Engineer you will ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of digital banking systems under heavy load. You will collaborate with QA, development, DevOps and product teams to simulate real‑world scenarios and identify bottlenecks before they affect users.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and stubs using Java/Scala and Gatling.
- Maintain performance testing infrastructure with Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Grafana, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
- Design test strategies, load profiles and scenarios based on business requirements.
- Plan, execute, monitor and analyse performance tests, producing detailed reports and optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in performance testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Performance testing tools such as Gatling or JMeter.
- Java or Scala programming for test scripts.
- SQL proficiency for complex queries and data analysis.
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Linux environment and networking basics (TCP/IP).
- Version control with Git.
