System Integrator (Azerbaijani Citizens Only)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Integrator (IT & Network Engineer) to design, deploy, support, and optimise secure network environments and SQL‑based applications. The role also involves integrating physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching and firewall infrastructure.
• Install, configure, tune performance, secure and manage backup/restore of SQL databases.
• Integrate security solutions including access control (Lenel, Honeywell, Gallagher, HID), video management (Milestone, Genetec, Pelco) and intrusion/alarm systems.
• Participate in system design, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors or third‑party providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, network diagrams and integration workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organisational cybersecurity and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance and security measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, database support and system integration.
• Strong SQL administration skills (queries, stored procedures, optimisation).
• Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching and security controls.
• Familiarity with security systems such as Lenel, Honeywell, Gallagher, HID, Milestone, Genetec, Pelco and intrusion/alarm platforms.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork and customer‑first mindset.
