About the role

The company is looking for a sales leader to develop and execute sales plans for the Baku market, aligned with the overall corporate sales strategy. The role involves managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Baku sales plans in line with the company’s overall sales strategy.
• Set product sales targets and implement actions to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Baku sales team.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes for professional development.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new prospects and expand the customer base.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market trend information.
• Implement initiatives to increase product sales volume.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to control sales processes.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers and sales teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
