Horeka Mütəxəssisi (Sağlam Qida)

About the role

The Healthy Food Horeka Specialist is responsible for driving sales of healthy food products within the HOREKA channel (hotels, restaurants, cafés and other catering establishments). You will identify new customers, nurture existing relationships and ensure the company's sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell healthy food products to HOREKA customers.
• Identify and attract new HOREKA accounts.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Assess customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and execute sales plans and achieve set KPIs.
• Present products, commercial terms and promotional campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitors and sales opportunities in the HOREKA channel.
• Prepare reports on sales results and customer portfolio.
• Coordinate customer orders and payment processes.
• Operate in line with the company’s sales and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, FMCG, HoReCa or customer management; HoReCa experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian language is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with experience working against sales plans and KPIs.
• Proactive in acquiring new customers.
• Analytical thinking for sales data analysis.
• Willingness to travel and undertake assignments.
• Possession of a driver’s licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
