Club Lounge Agent – Guest Services

About the role

The Club Lounge Agent provides front‑line guest services for the exclusive lounge area, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and a range of guest requests. Working in a fast‑paced hotel environment, you will ensure smooth operations and a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and late‑checkout requests.
• Secure payments, issue and re‑issue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
• Communicate room availability to guests and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Answer telephone calls, record guest requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide directions, information, and arrange transportation for guests.
• Handle cash, checks, vouchers and credit‑card authorisations, and balance the cash drawer each shift.
• Maintain daily reports, contingency lists and credit‑card authorisation reports.
• Notify loss‑prevention/security of any theft or safety concerns.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality of guest information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
