Group Reservation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Group Reservation Manager to oversee all aspects of group bookings for our B2B partners. The role involves coordinating travel logistics, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate and tour groups worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process group reservations promptly, searching and booking accommodation, transport, and excursions according to client requests.
• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and create customized itineraries that match budgets and interests.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels and service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Address and resolve booking issues, cancellations, changes, or complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, integrate technology tools, and produce reports and analyses for management.
• Develop emergency response plans for group travel situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agencies, TMC, DMC or tour operators.
• Knowledge of hotel bases in the Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under heavy load and remain stress‑resistant.
