About the role
Rabitəbank is looking for a skilled Backend C#/.Net Developer to join its Digital Services Development team. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance .Net applications that support the bank’s digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the full lifecycle of .Net applications from concept to production.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and frontend (mobile & web) developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest .Net trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown.
- Help improve development processes and coding standards.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and high‑quality releases.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Positive, creative attitude with a strong desire to learn.
