About the role

The company is looking for a lead backend developer to design, develop and maintain backend systems for mortgage products. You will work with micro‑service architecture, integration projects and contribute to DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend systems for mortgage products.
• Architect and implement micro‑service based solutions.
• Manage integration projects and ensure code quality, test coverage and documentation.
• Align technical tasks with business requirements and define implementation strategies.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and eliminate risky or inefficient solutions.
• Research and apply new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to process complex data and present it clearly.
