AI Transformation and Governance Manager

About the role

The AI Transformation & Governance Manager will lead PASHA Financial Holding’s agentic AI programme, overseeing delivery across multiple operating companies. Reporting to Holding leadership, the role ensures the programme meets its milestones, budget, and governance standards while coordinating external consultants, platform vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the integrated programme plan, milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, and change control across all workstreams.
• Oversee the external consultant engagement, including scope, schedule, deliverable acceptance, and commercial change requests.
• Provide delivery assurance by reviewing and challenging outputs from consultants, vendors, and internal teams before sign‑off.
• Chair programme cadence meetings, steering committees, and maintain decision logs and action tracking.
• Manage cross‑company dependencies such as data access, system ownership, security reviews, and procurement.
• Lead the selection of the group agentic AI platform – from requirements definition through proof of concept, business case, and recommendation.
• Coordinate with the platform vendor and infrastructure provider to ensure implementation milestones, quality, service levels, and a consolidated backlog.
• Define and implement the group agentic governance framework and lifecycle across operating companies.
• Own the programme budget, total cost of ownership, FinOps reporting, and benefit tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale AI or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, risk, and budget ownership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating external consultants and technology vendors.
