About the role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented General Operations Specialist to join our team in Salyan. In this position you will play an active role in informing clients about bank products and services and guiding them to the appropriate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their initial needs.
• Direct customers to the correct department or service based on their requests.
• Provide clear information about the bank’s products and services.
• Execute daily administrative and operational tasks accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong service culture and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Initiative, responsibility and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
