About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to promote and book group and individual tours in Azerbaijan. You will act as the main point of contact for tour operators, corporate clients and VIP guests, ensuring high‑quality service from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, compose, calculate and book group and individual tours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner tour operators and conduct marketing analysis.
• Attend informational tours and presentations to stay updated on product offerings.
• Handle business correspondence and prepare regular sales reports.
• Conduct market research and create tailored tour proposals.
• Maintain a 40‑hour work week with annual paid vacation.
• Use a corporate mobile phone with a monthly budget for business communication.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience with references.
• Proven sales skills via phone, office, email, corporate and VIP clients.
• Good oral and written knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• Familiarity with hotels and resorts in Azerbaijan; hotel booking experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the MICE segment is welcomed.
• Result‑oriented, responsible, punctual and able to work both independently and in a team.
