About the role

This position is responsible for developing and executing sales plans for the Baku region in line with the company's overall sales strategy. The role involves leading a sales team, analysing market trends, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust Baku sales plans according to the corporate strategy.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives operating in Baku.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes to develop the sales team.
• Analyse customer needs, propose solutions, and expand the client base.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market data.
• Launch initiatives to increase product sales volume.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and present insights to management.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to ensure process compliance.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers and sales staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
