About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its Zefir Mall store in Baku. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service, promoting products, and contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent in‑store customer service and create an optimal shopping environment.
• Present product features and benefits to customers, encouraging purchases.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new clientele.
• Participate in company‑organized training sessions and apply learned material.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education; university degree preferred.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
• Active, flexible, communicative, and responsible attitude.
• Proven sales ability and experience in a retail sales environment.
