About the role

The position supports the Procurement department by collecting, verifying, and analysing purchasing data, and delivering regular analytical reports and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and analyse procurement data from various purchasing systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analytical reports and presentations.
• Develop and maintain KPI reports and analytical dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability in all reports.
• Analyse deviations and trends, and identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Provide data support for internal audit examinations.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, finance, business management, supply‑chain management, IT or related fields (preferred).
• Fluent Azerbaijani; English and Russian are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in procurement and analytics (relevant certificates are advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• ERP/purchasing systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ariba, 1C.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Presentation tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Qlik Sense, Power BI.
