About the role

We are looking for a motivated volunteer to support our regional branch in Mingəçevir. The role involves welcoming visitors, providing initial information and assisting customers in navigating the bank’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the branch and deliver initial information.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate service area.
• Present general information about the bank’s products and services.
• Assist with daily administrative and organisational tasks of the branch.

Required profile

• Higher education student or university enrollee.
• Ability to work with customers and within a team.
• Responsible, attentive and proactive.
• High service culture and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
