About the role

We are looking for an Online Credit Specialist to join the Alternative Sales Channels department of Rabitəbank. The role focuses on handling credit requests received through digital channels and providing customers with comprehensive information about our consumer loan products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers who submit orders via online sales channels and gather necessary order details.
• Explain the features and conditions of the bank’s consumer credit products.
• Assess credit applications, evaluate borrowers’ repayment capacity and conduct financial analysis.
• Deliver high‑level service to individuals in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and sell bank products and services, informing potential clients about available offerings.
• Attract qualified customers who meet the bank’s criteria.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in credit or loan assessment.
• Strong command of Azerbaijani language.
• Analytical thinking and sound decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
