About the role

The position is responsible for managing procurement contracts between the bank and its contractors, ensuring all agreements, annexes and amendments are properly processed and documented. The specialist monitors contract‑related expenses to align with the bank’s cost policy and coordinates necessary actions with relevant departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process of signing procurement contracts, including annexes and amendments, between the bank and contractors.
• Control and verify that contract‑related costs comply with the bank’s expense policy.
• Evaluate contractor performance to identify needed contract changes or additions and propose appropriate amendments.
• Organize monitoring of contractual obligations and coordinate necessary actions with the relevant internal units.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least one year of experience in a similar field.
• Strong analytical, inductive reasoning and teamwork abilities, with good presentation and communication skills.
