About the role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Provisioning and Analytics Specialist to join our bank’s risk team. The role involves regular analysis of the credit portfolio, preparation of risk reports and ensuring compliance with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic analysis of the bank’s credit portfolio.
• Prepare risk indicator reports such as vintage analysis, FPD/SPD/TPD and migration matrices.
• Monitor alignment of risk indicators with the bank’s risk appetite and limits.
• Forecast and plan credit risk metrics.
• Calculate provisions in accordance with IFRS 9.
• Calculate prudential provisions and apply Central Bank regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with ability to handle large data sets and create presentations.
• Broad knowledge of banking products.
• Desirable: knowledge of English and Russian, relevant certifications.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Toad.
• Oracle PL/SQL.
• IFRS 9 reporting.
• Power BI (desired).
• Python and/or R (desired).
• Statistical analysis and modeling (PD, EAD, LGD, ECL).
