About the role

The bank is looking for a specialist to drive its talent management strategy and oversee the HR expertise function. You will shape processes for critical talent selection, development planning, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the bank’s talent management strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design tools and processes for critical talent selection, assessment methodologies, and mentorship programmes.
• Create and monitor individual development plans for selected candidates.
• Research, pilot, and roll out new development programmes.
• Maintain talent databases, conduct succession planning, and integrate global best practices into HR projects.

Required profile

• Higher education degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with solid project‑management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
