People Analytics Manager

About the role

The People Analytics Manager leads the design, delivery, and governance of workforce data and insights for PASHA Financial Holding and its operating companies. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations, the role translates people data into strategic decisions on compensation, headcount, retention, and organizational design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive workforce intelligence packs, ExCo reports, and Board‑level presentations using consulting‑grade frameworks.
• Lead cross‑portfolio benchmarking of HR metrics (turnover, compensation ratios, headcount efficiency, engagement) and identify performance gaps.
• Ensure timely, accurate Group People reporting and establish data‑governance standards across corporate and OpCo HRIS systems.
• Partner with Total Rewards to provide compensation analytics, pay‑equity analysis, market benchmarking, and salary modeling.
• Build predictive models for churn, flight‑risk, internal mobility, and workforce cost optimization as the function matures.
• Coach OpCo HR teams on analytics literacy, self‑service reporting, and data interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR data analysis, workforce analytics, or business intelligence.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proven ability to present complex insights to senior leadership and board audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, complex modeling).
• Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design).
• Python and SQL for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Experience with analytics/ML platforms such as Dataiku or Azure ML.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, 1C) and HR data warehousing concepts.
