Human Resources Manager

About the role

ASBIS Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join its Azerbaijan team. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, support business growth through effective recruitment, and help shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from vacancy intake to job offer.
• Source, attract and assess candidates via multiple channels and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection with hiring managers.
• Monitor local labor market, salary trends and hiring practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee adaptation in partnership with line managers.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records in compliance with Azerbaijani labor legislation.
• Support performance management, employee development and corporate culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics and recommendations for process improvements.

Required profile

• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including recruitment and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects.
