Asset Integrity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Asset Integrity Specialist to support the development and implementation of our Asset Integrity Management System. The role will ensure the reliability and safety of static equipment through risk‑based inspection, non‑destructive testing, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Integrity Manager in maintaining the Asset Integrity Management System, including procedures, standards and asset criticality assessments.
• Track integrity metrics, monitor SCE barriers, and manage risk registers for pressure equipment and piping.
• Provide technical review for Management of Change (MoC) actions, temporary repairs, and material substitutions.
• Support RBI framework updates (API 580/581) and review inspection plans, NDT deliverables, and Fitness‑for‑Service evaluations (API 579‑1/ASME FFS‑1).
• Prepare executive dashboards, integrity trend reports and risk summaries for operational leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations, Construction, QA/QC, Engineering and Maintenance on brownfield modifications, life‑extension campaigns and repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with design codes, QA/QC specifications and contractor deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset integrity, risk‑based inspection and static equipment management.
• Strong knowledge of API 580/581, API 579‑1 and ASME FFS‑1 standards.
• Hands‑on experience with NDT techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, PEC and ultrasonic thickness surveys.
• Ability to analyse integrity data, identify gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills to liaise with engineering, construction and maintenance teams.
