Waiter – Full‑time Restaurant Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our restaurant team in Baku. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the standards of a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
• Answer guest questions about menu selections and communicate any special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food‑and‑beverage or restaurant setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided (heavier items with assistance).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
