Team Leader Field Service

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee our Field Service team, including technicians, marking operators and mobile marking operators. The role combines hands‑on technical support with coordination of service activities across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑duty and maintenance service activities.
• Provide 2nd‑level technical support to Field Service Technicians.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within defined time‑frames.
• Manage user accounts, routine system administration and server maintenance.
• Monitor systems, install, configure, optimise and maintain applications and servers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report KPIs to management.
• Lead, train and develop the field service team.
• Collaborate with other technical teams and coordinate deployments.
• Escalate urgent situations and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, preferably in a factory environment.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to lead a small technical team under pressure.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong analytical mindset.
