Backend Engineer (Go)

About the role
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact software solutions across Xsolla’s platform, collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers to design, build and improve the technical stack.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship reliable, secure, and scalable backend systems, owning implementation from design to deployment.
- Participate in architectural discussions, refactor legacy codebases, and drive production readiness through incident response and observability improvements.
Required profile
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of hands‑on Go (Golang) in production.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
