Site Administrator (Offshore)

About the role

The Site Administrator (Offshore) ensures smooth coordination of personnel tracking and administration aboard offshore vessels. The role supports crew changes, documentation, and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assure efficient coordination of the personnel tracking system and administration of personnel matters on board.
• Prepare and coordinate crew changes, helicopter manifests and transport for departing personnel.
• Maintain personnel data, medical and safety certificates, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Allocate cabins, update muster lists, crew lists and POB‑PASO lists, and manage mail and accommodation services.
• Prepare monthly timesheets, payroll sheets and meal statements, and ensure proper documentation for customs and immigration.

Required profile

• Higher education with at least 2‑3 years of experience in offshore vessel administration.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of company health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard PC software such as MS Office.
• Ability to work with standard PC applications for data management.
