About the role

Rabitəbank ASC is looking for a Backend Programmer to join its Bank Software Development department. The role offers the chance to build a successful career in one of the country’s largest banks, working with a professional and creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze legacy systems built with Delphi and C++ Builder and understand existing functionality.
• Implement necessary changes in the legacy codebase and provide technical support.
• Migrate the application to a modern C# WinForms platform.
• Ensure UI and functional compatibility throughout the migration process.
• Test code, resolve bugs, and produce documentation.
• Work with Oracle databases and develop PL/SQL procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Delphi and C++ Builder and ability to modify existing code.
• Proven project experience using C# and WinForms.
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of legacy system migration concepts.
• Analytical thinking and strong documentation skills.
• Team collaboration and a responsible work attitude.
