About the role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and monitoring solutions. The role will work closely with development teams to ensure reliable, secure and high‑performance delivery of software.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) for reliability, security and performance.
• Orchestrate application deployments using GitOps tools such as Helm, Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• Provision and manage cloud resources on AWS and GCP through IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Implement and optimise monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK Stack, Loki) systems, providing first‑line diagnostics during incidents.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash and related languages.
• Support development teams (Java, JavaScript, etc.) in integrating DevOps practices.
• Identify and implement improvements for performance, security and scalability of existing infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis during incidents and deliver rapid operational fixes.

Required profile

• Higher technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven experience with container platforms, Kubernetes/OpenShift and vSphere.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, NAT, firewalls).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
