Clinician Promotion Specialist

About the role

Roche is seeking a Clinician Promotion Specialist to drive the adoption of its diagnostic products and tests across a defined region. You will engage directly with health professionals, delivering product information and supporting increased usage.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Roche products to clinicians and distributors, focusing on cardiologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists and neurologists.
• Gather and relay feedback from health professionals to internal departments.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly visit plans based on target frequencies.
• Deliver approved product content to clinicians to boost consumption.
• Monitor stock levels at distributor sites and ensure proper product circulation.
• Represent Roche at congresses, symposiums and other industry events.
• Conduct sector and competitor analysis, compile market insights and report findings regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biology, chemistry or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience as a medical representative.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Intermediate English proficiency and fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
