Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a US‑based healthcare SaaS initiative. You will act as the bridge between the client, Product Owner, and cross‑functional engineering teams, turning business requirements into concrete technical tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and clarify requirements.
• Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and allocate resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Track milestones, report progress, and monitor team performance.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations, technical capabilities, and project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a fast‑moving environment.
• Prior experience in a technical role such as developer or AQA.
• Strong grasp of Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI assistance tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for meeting notes, documentation, and task descriptions.
