About the role

We are looking for a motivated specialist to drive the sales of Small and Medium Business (SME) loan products in Baku and Sumgayit. You will act as a key link between the bank and its corporate clients, promoting our services and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with existing and prospective SME customers.
• Present service packages to attract new clients and organize meetings with business representatives.
• Achieve the monthly sales plan for SME loan products.
• Handle incoming queries via Internet Banking, Call Center and other channels, investigate, respond and forward to relevant departments.
• Inform current SME clients about new bank products and services.
• Coordinate responses to inquiries from the Central Bank, state institutions and other authorities.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager and support departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Sales experience in banking, finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Proactive client acquisition through cold calling, meeting arrangement and field visits.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Good command of the Azerbaijani language.
