About the role

This position focuses on supporting micro‑finance operations by attracting potential clients, analysing their businesses and processing loan applications. The role contributes to the growth and management of the loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and engage potential micro‑finance customers.
• Analyse the business of each client to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare and formalise loan agreements based on analysis results.
• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure performance and risk control.
• Execute monthly and yearly micro‑finance plans and assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong mathematical calculation abilities.
• Capability to analyse information from provided materials and complete tasks accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Azerbaijani.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and precision in work.
