Ground Operations Agent (Flight Turnaround)

About the role

The Ground Operations Agent is responsible for planning and coordinating aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring smooth flight operations on the ground. This role works closely with airport service providers, cargo teams, and internal control centres to manage schedules, cargo, and crew logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate flight turnaround, monitoring schedules, arrival/departure times and ground times.
• Prepare pre‑flight documentation, load sheets and weight‑and‑balance calculations using CV software.
• Manage inbound and export cargo planning, including messaging, GHA instructions and build‑up coordination.
• Supervise cargo handling processes, ULD build‑up, special handling and irregularity management.
• Arrange crew transport, hotel bookings and wake‑up calls; provide crew briefings with required documents.
• Issue post‑flight reports, customs data and flight close‑out messages.
• Monitor GHA performance, daily workload and potential issues; ensure on‑call availability as needed.

Required profile

• Good English language skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience in ramp or aircraft handling is a plus.
• Experience with aircraft weight‑and‑balance or load control is a plus.
