About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused General Operations Specialist to join our team in Salyan. In this role you will play an active part in informing customers about the bank’s products and services and ensuring they are guided to the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their initial needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service based on their requests.
• Provide clear information about the bank’s products and services.
• Execute daily administrative and operational tasks accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Strong service culture and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Initiative, responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
