About the role

The Corporate Customer Manager will manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients, driving relationship growth, credit processes, and sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the corporate client portfolio, strengthening existing business relationships.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensure high service levels, and organize client meetings.
• Monitor and analyse clients' financial conditions, perform preliminary financial statement analysis.
• Increase usage of bank products through cross‑sell and up‑sell, research potential markets and execute sales strategies.
• Support credit request preparation, coordinate with credit analysts, and oversee credit analysis.
• Prepare materials for Credit Committee, present and justify credit terms during meetings.
• Control credit portfolio quality, detect risks early, and ensure compliance with credit terms.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and banking systems and produce regular portfolio reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate banking, sales, finance or client relationship management.
• Ability to read and perform preliminary analysis of financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of bank products (credits, trade finance, treasury, cash‑management, cards, etc.).
• Fluent in Russian or English.
• Proven experience negotiating with corporate clients and coordinating internal departments.
