About the role

We are looking for a lead specialist to support the Strategy Expert Center in developing and implementing risk‑management and financial initiatives. The role involves shaping strategic metrics, monitoring execution, and providing analytical insights to drive informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support strategic initiatives and metrics related to risk management and finance, ensuring their implementation.
• Monitor timely and quality execution of initiatives and assist owning departments.
• Conduct financial and macro‑economic analyses to produce forecasts.
• Measure the quality of implemented initiatives and initiate improvements when needed.
• Identify global and local trends in risk management and finance, and propose strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree (foreign education or international certifications are a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in risk management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Russian is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and research abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills.
