Security Guard – Shift Officer

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable security guard to monitor the Ariana Business Park premises, ensure safety, and welcome visitors during shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the access‑control system.
• Maintain surveillance of the site using cameras.
• Enforce internal security, discipline and safety rules.
• Receive and direct guests arriving during the shift.
• Provide guidance and information when required.
• Report incidents or rule violations to management.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 45.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.
• Responsible, attentive and disciplined.
• Higher education is desirable.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian or English is a plus.
• Completed mandatory military service.
• Physically fit and actively engaged in sports.
• Male candidates only.
