About the role

The position is responsible for continuous monitoring of the bank's network infrastructure, servers, systems and critical services. The specialist ensures real‑time visibility of systems using monitoring platforms and promptly informs relevant teams about incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure, servers and critical services 24/7.
• Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana and PRTG to track system health in real time.
• Notify administrators, engineers and responsible persons via SMS, phone or other operational channels about detected faults, performance degradations or critical errors.
• Escalate incidents according to their nature (NOC → Network → Systems → Security, etc.).
• Identify risks that could affect service availability and issue preventive warnings.
• Perform initial diagnostic actions and support incident resolution.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary technical education in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT or network administration, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Ability to work in shift (rotating) schedules.
• Analytical thinking, high attention to detail and ability to make operational decisions quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG.
• Basic knowledge of IP, Ping, Traceroute, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS status codes.
• Understanding of incident classification and escalation procedures.
