About the role

We are looking for a Junior Procurement and Category Specialist to support our purchasing processes. The role involves conducting market research, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring that procurement activities are carried out on time and in line with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the timely execution of procurement processes according to internal procedures and rules.
• Analyze internal and external markets and conduct research on required products and services.
• Investigate price, quality and other commercial indicators for products and services.
• Search for new suppliers and vendors.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous updating of the supplier and vendor database.
• Participate in supplier evaluation processes.
• Collect and compare commercial offers from suppliers.
• Support research of product ranges and market trends per category.
• Systematize procurement data and assist in preparing reports.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Experience in procurement, supply, logistics, economics or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and data‑handling abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and price comparisons.
• Responsible, attentive and able to work efficiently.
• Team player with good negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written Azerbaijani.
• Knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage.
