About the role

This volunteer position supports the daily operations of a bank branch in Khachmaz. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them understand the services offered and guiding them to the right department.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the branch and provide initial information.
• Identify customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate service area.
• Present general information about the bank's products and services.
• Assist with the branch's daily administrative and organizational tasks.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or currently enrolled university student.
• Ability to work with customers and collaborate in a team environment.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to act quickly.
• Demonstrates a high service culture and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
