About the role

This volunteer role supports the regional bank branch in Ganja by welcoming customers, providing initial information, and guiding them to appropriate services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and inform customers who visit the branch.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to suitable service areas.
• Present general information about the bank’s products and services.
• Participate in daily administrative and organisational tasks of the branch.

Required profile

• Higher education student or university student.
• Ability to work with customers and in a team environment.
• Responsible, attentive and proactive.
• Demonstrates high service culture and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
