About the role

We are looking for a motivated volunteer to support our regional bank branch in Salyan. The role involves welcoming customers, providing initial information, and helping them navigate the bank’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers visiting the branch.
• Provide basic information and answer initial queries.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate service area.
• Present an overview of the bank’s products and services.
• Assist with daily administrative and organisational tasks of the branch.

Required profile

• Higher education student or university enrollee.
• Ability to work with customers and function effectively in a team.
• Responsible, attentive and able to act promptly.
• Demonstrates a high service culture and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
