About the role

This volunteer position supports the daily operations of a bank branch in Beyləqan. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them understand the services offered and guiding them to the right department.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the branch and provide initial information.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate service areas.
• Present general information about the bank’s products and services.
• Assist with daily administrative and organisational tasks of the branch.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or currently enrolled university student.
• Ability to work with customers and collaborate in a team environment.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to act quickly.
• Demonstrates a high level of service culture and a customer‑oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
