About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Retail Services and Consumer Credit team in Mingəçevir. The role involves processing credit applications, handling account operations, and delivering a range of banking services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and register credit orders.
• Provide detailed information on credit products and terms to customers.
• Formalize credit agreements and maintain proper documentation.
• Open and close bank accounts for individuals.
• Execute fund transfers and manage account transactions.
• Process deposit product registrations.
• Carry out money transfers via fast payment systems.
• Deliver all types of banking services to individuals in compliance with current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Ability to work with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong numerical calculation skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
