About the role

We are seeking a Retail Services and Consumer Loans Specialist to join our banking team in Beyləqan. In this position you will be responsible for processing loan applications, managing account and deposit operations, and delivering a range of bank services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and register loan requests.
• Provide detailed information on loan products and terms to customers.
• Formalize loans and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Open and close bank accounts for individuals.
• Execute fund transfers between accounts.
• Process deposit product documentation.
• Carry out money transfers via fast payment systems.
• Deliver all types of bank services to individuals in compliance with current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking or finance.
• Practical experience in retail banking and consumer loans.
• Good knowledge of loan products, bank accounts, deposits and other banking services.
• Strong mathematical and analytical thinking.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
