About the role

This position supports the retail banking unit by handling consumer credit requests and providing a full range of banking services to individual customers in Xırdalan. The role is focused on accurate processing, documentation, and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and register credit applications from customers.
• Provide detailed information on credit products, terms, and conditions.
• Formalize credit agreements and ensure proper documentation.
• Open and close personal bank accounts.
• Execute money transfers and fast‑transfer operations.
• Process deposit product paperwork.
• Deliver all types of banking services to individuals in compliance with current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education (university degree).
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
