Outlet Team Leader - Food & Beverage

About the role

Accor is looking for an Outlet Team Leader in Baku to assist the Outlet Supervisor in running the outlet smoothly and efficiently. The role leads and supports the service team during daily operations, ensuring high standards of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and handle their needs promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.
• Assign daily tasks, coordinate team members and brief the team before shifts.
• Support the training, coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, service procedures and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests, comments and complaints.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar and other departments.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place and outlet presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where applicable.
• Handle equipment, operating supplies and inventory properly.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Report operational issues, maintenance concerns and guest feedback to the Outlet Supervisor.
• Help the Outlet Supervisor achieve departmental targets and perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Russian is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
